Dialog - Kreativitet - Handling

Helt konkret handler det for mig om at hjælpe andre med at finde ind til deres kerne kompetencer og kvaliteter, og derfra udvikle og udfordre nye idéer og muligheder, de kan handle på.

Fordi når du handler udfra hvem du er, og ikke hvad andre mennesker tænker, bliver det let og ubesværet at tage de rigtige beslutninger. Og når der skabes tryghed ved hjælp af kommunikation i gruppen, åbnes der op for nye løsninger, nye input og et samarbejde der inddrager og iværdsætter alle.
